ARTICLE 1: PARTIES

This Agreement has been concluded between the SELLER, who provides the accommodation service, on the one hand, and the BUYER, who purchases this service electronically, on the other hand, under the conditions specified below.

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

ARTICLE 3: INFORMATION AND FEE OF THE SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

The total sales price, including the type of accommodation service, check-in-check-out dates, number of people to stay and all taxes, is as stated below (or confirmed at the payment step):

ARTICLE 4: GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • 4.1. BUYER, www.mystoneinn.com He/she declares that he/she has read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the service subject to the contract, sales price, payment method and facility rules on the website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

  • 4.2. SELLER is obliged to provide the accommodation service subject to the contract, in full and at the promised standards, in accordance with the dates and room type specified by the BUYER at the time of reservation.

  • 4.3. Check-in time is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00 at the latest. Due to the facility concept, the '+14 Only Adults' rule applies at the facility and the BUYER acknowledges that he made the reservation knowing this situation.

  • 4.4. BUYER accepts that he paid the accommodation fee via Virtual POS by credit card and that the relevant amount was collected at the time of the transaction.

ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION/REFUND CONDITIONS

5.1. In accordance with clause (g) of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation; The consumer DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL in "contracts regarding accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and utilization of free time for entertainment or recreation purposes, which must be made on a certain date or period." 5.2. Within the scope of this agreement, www.mystoneinn.com BUYER has no right to cancel or request a refund for all reservations made via "Non-refundable" condition. If the BUYER does not enter the facility (No-Show) or ends the stay early, the paid amount will not be refunded.

ARTICLE 6: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes arising from the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees in the BUYER's or SELLER's residence are authorized up to the value declared annually by the Ministry of Commerce, and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes above the said value. BUYER irrevocably declares and undertakes that he has read and understood all articles of this contract and has accepted the contract electronically by pressing the payment confirmation button.
