1. WEBSITE USAGE AND RESERVATION RULES
- Service Scope: You can view room/accommodation options, check availability, and make reservation requests via the Site.
- Concept: Our facility operates on a +14 Only Adults basis; please check your eligibility before booking.
2. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITY RULES
- Reception & Social Areas: Reception support ends at 19:00. Social areas close at 24:00.
- Pool Usage: The pool is closed for maintenance between 19:00 and 11:00 the following day. Showering before entry and avoiding sunscreen in the water is mandatory for hygiene.
- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms to prevent fire system activation.
3. LEGAL PROVISIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
